Very good micropub. Wooden floor and benches make up the place. There is a piano next to the bar and the place is bright.6 handpulls on the bar with one for cider. Beers from Jolly Boys and Hilltop on my visit.

A previous Hoffmann's shop now a Jolly Boys Brewery outlet with bar to the right and seating to the left. Six hand pumps including Jolly Boys IPA @ 5.8% ABV. Definitely worth a revisit.

Old Boots left this review about The Jolly Tap
A one room corner site micropub belonging to Jolly Boys Brewery 6 pulls with three of their beers 2 two from other small breweries and a Perry. Brick wallpaper, bleached scaffolding board bar counter, laminate floor and big ex shop windows but partly covered with opaque panels incorporating the brewery logo. Dodgy furniture of school type tables and forms with a collection of cast iron barstools. Karzies are at one end through Wild West saloon doors and platters are available as are gin and wine.
