Will Larter left this review about The Triangle
This is a bottle shop in a small parade of shops a few minutes from the town centre. There is a small counter at the rear of the shop with a couple of keg lines advertised on a board. The draught beers on offer at the time of my visit were both priced at £3.25 per half pint; one was 7.9% and the other 9.9%. The owner kindly offered me a taster, but I declined as I didn't want to be tempted to drink a whole half pint of something closer in strength to wine than beer.
The bottles available on the various shelves made for interesting browsing. Most were at the extreme of style, taste, strength or price; or all four at once. I must admit I came away with a few bottles to drink at home, but I can't imagine coming back with the intention of having a drink on the premises or recommending anyone else to do so, hence no rating has been given.
