Built onto the end of a line of McShops which forms this characterless modern shopping centre next to a modern housing estate, it is more like a chain restaurant than a pub. They have pretensions of adequacy, but what one finds inside is no real ale, indifferent service provided by unskilled staff and food which is average and overpriced. Apart from overpriced wine, only a dull range of keg was on offer. Most of the people in were those treating their spoiled offspring after a visit to the neighbouring cinema. We were clearly not their target demography, which is actually fine by me.
