Home Farm View is a Greene King Pub & Grill where I received table service from the polite staff during a recent quiet late midweek afternoon visit, whatever next! The interior is enormous with a large central L-shaped serving counter that supports standard and premium keg products. There are some high tables around the bar area and at the front and rear are large split level dining areas. There was some background music playing, but this place is too upmarket to have a television. I went for a pint of Tennents and the mixed grill which set me back around £23, which seemed about right for the quality. Adjacent to the A92, it’s a handy stop for food if passing, but I don’t think many go here just for a drink.

Home Farm View is the largest of the Eating Inn concepts to open. It is located just off the A92 signposted Kirkcaldy – West. The bar has Green King IPA, Guinness, Carling, Stella Artois, Peroni & Strongbow all on draught. Plus bottled beers such as Beck’s Blue, Beck’s, Heineken, Budweiser, Sol & Celia (Which is organic, gluten free & suitable for vegans).There are a reasonable supply of whisky available such as Glenfiddich 12 year old, Glenmorangie 10 year old & Talisker 10 year old. The large restaurant has a beer garden. The evening set menu is available every day from 5pm and includes 2 courses for £9.99. There is also from Monday to Thursday and until 5pm on Friday, there are main courses from £4.99. The full Scottish breakfast for £3.99 is served from 9am until midday all week. The main menu is served from midday until 10pm. There is plenty of parking at the large car park at the front of the building. www.eating-inn.co.uk/house/home-far
