This appears to be one of the best places in Derby to go for craft beer. On our visit, the draft selection was Neon Raptor Magic Word, Squawk Mallard, Polly's The Hop Studio: Riwaka & Fondness, Pentrich King of Gloom, Funky Fluid Gelato: Pomegranate & Plum Mocha Sour Three Hills Baby BPAVK Chocolate Marshmallow S'more.
Seating consists of long tables with benches, where you can sit and admire an impressive collection of cans and bottles in the bar's fridges. Although the prices were impressively high too.

Suds & Soda is a pretty new pub opening in Derby.
Once inside there is a small oblong shaped room with the bar on the right side, there is a decent sized bottle shelf facing the entrance with a good choice of bottled beers for sale most of which are also in a fridge behind the bar if you want to drink it in the pub.
There are some picnic type seating in the middle of the room and normal tables and metal chairs by the windows.
There are no real ales on,but there were six taps on a wall behind the bar which had key keg beers on,all were from Neon Rapture brewery,i had a dink of Resonance which was a bit murky and far too fizzy for my liking, the other Neon Rapture beers were Drawbridge,Hello Operator,Endangered,Racing Harrow and Linear Sunrise.
The pub was very busy on my Saturday afternoon visit, decent background music was playing.
This seems a decent enough place, but i do not like key keg beers at all.
