A fairly ghastly 1970s building encroaching on agricultural land, serving the nearby estates. Still a Sizzling Pub & Grill with the rear part, including a large conservatory, given over to family dining. It does at least retain a separate and child-free public bar, complete with a pool table and sports TV but sadly the cask ales have disappeared and there is just the row of unexciting mainstream keg taps now. Large beer garden at rear, mainly being ranks of tables. Car parking is now enter registration at bar.

A 'Sizzling' pub, so the usual meal deals as you'd expect, this pub has an air of a social club from the look of the building outside. They had three ales - GK IPA, London Pride and CW Bombardier Golden all with tags stating 'coming soon' on them, and as two over-worked staff struggled to keep up with the demand for lager from the locals, I gave up and exited after a 10-minute wait. Note that you have to buy a ticket if using the car park.
