Cask was a single hand pump offering Looky's Pale Ale. Keg range was Bushey's Manx Bitter, Magners cider, Stella, Becks, Camden Hells and Guinness.

This is the main hotel bar, and it has been spruced up quite a bit since I was last here. First floor with glass frontage looking out over the promenade. Modern bare boarded around entrance with bar counter against wall on left-hand side on walk into the venue. There are some tall tables in a row facing the bar counter with a blue velvet banquette facing a row of regular tables on a carpeted area. There is an illuminated dart board on the rear wall and several large TV's in the area. The larger area over towards the glass frontage has a stage area and dance floor and seating around the perimeter including particularly along the glass frontage and some similar plush, coloured velvet armchairs serving regular tables in the middle between the stage / dance floor and the far end of the bar counter. There is a red light illuminated floral display in large squares inset within the otherwise dark coloured tiled ceiling. Quite a heavy rock soundtrack playing on my visit.

Separately, the hotel also boasts a bar attached to the Paragon restaurant where the bar counter and is a curved wooden affair at the far rear corner from the entrance. Area around the bar counter is carpeted with a coloured tiled pattern skirt in front of the bar counter. Regular tables and chairs with a booth table in the corner to the side of the bar counter. One wall is mirrored so increasing the perceived space of the bar area. Beer range identical to that in Looky’s bar absent the single hand pump therein. Was not open on my mid-week, mid-evening visit in mid’ish January.
