This venue has re-opened as a Chinese restaurant and bar called Mrs Yang's. I'm not quite sure how I can get the name changed, as I cannot access the forum.

Neverthless, I was surprised to find the doors open on my weekday lunchtime visit and was also surprised to see that there were a few decent canned craft beer options to choose from in the fridges. The barman/waiter also produced a list of the beers for me to peruse. Many were from Round Corner Brewing. My choice was Drovers Hazy Vermont Session IPA, which was very pleasant.

There are still a couple of handpulls on the bar, with 2 turned pumpclips. Whether they are used these days, I'm not sure.

The interior is split over a couple of levels. Whilst primarily a restaurant, it does advertise its beers and cocktails and the venue still enjoys a decent location at the end of the quayside. Not really for me, but an open door was all I needed to persuade me to enter!
