Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Thompson's Bell

Modernised pub on the busy A258, and nowadays the joint closest to Walmer station (along with the Freed Man micro-pub almost next door). Reconfigured and extended over the years, featuring various seating / dining / games areas, with the rear section located up a couple of steps. Quite a modern look in all parts. Doom Bar, Theakston Best Bitter (£4.65) and Adnams Ghost Ship available from three of the four handpumps.
