First time at this branch for me having previously visited the venue in Brixton a couple of times. It is a really nice example of the type. Indeed there is some seating in the window with some sky blue fabric banquettes around the walls before you get to the beer fridges down both sides of the venue, punctured by a long bench with falls stools running down the middle and leading to the bar counter on the right-hand side and the tap wall on the left-hand side of the back wall. The blue fabric banquettes are countered by some nice yellow Formica topped low tables with some low stools to pull out from underneath to add to the seating capacity.
Eight taps providing a lager called Frolic from Baron, a pale called Every Morning from Phantom, a strong IPa from a Latvian brewery, Petite Saison from Burning Sky, a double IPA from Track called Gold Top Glimmer, a fruited sour called Fruited Sunrise from a Swedish brewer, a vanilla ice cream stout called Scoopy from Yonder and a smoothie sour called JReam Cake from vault City. Something for most tastes there. I opted for the Petite Saison from Burning Sky as I had never tasted it other from 440ml vans previously. Think the word delicious was invented to describe this beer.
London has any number of good examples of the genre. I am a big fan of these venues and I think Ghost Whale had a good offering on a smaller scale than the industrialised Clapton Craft suite of outlets. Visit tucked in between visits between two traditional venues on this stretch, different but a perfect compliment.

After a brief visit to the Bricklayers Arms at the other end of Putney, I made a return visit to this craft beer shop/bar close to East Putney tube station. I was last here in March, 2020 just prior to the Covid lockdown.
On my previous visit, I seem to recall just the one table in the centre of the room, with the bar at the rear of the shop and fridges selling an enticing array of beers from both bottles and cans. I don't recall the seating in the window, which I believe has now been added.
The venue was preparing for a Siren takeover that evening, with the brewer coming along. As such beers (all craft) were Siren Time Eleven, Maiden 2023, Black Mirror & Oats On Oats On Oats On Oats On Oats On Oats On Oats On Oats On Oats On Oats, Burnt Mill Beyond The Firs, Burning Sky Earl Grey Grisette, Hudson Valley Amulet SIPA & Third Moon Bone Tree.
The owner is a friendly chap and is knowledgeable about beers, as you would expect. I've yet to try the Brixton branch of this chain, but despite the lack of cask ale and the inevitable high prices, it's something a little different that I don't mind trying every once in a while.

Please Note: This review is over a year old.
Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Beer Boutique
One of a small specialist chain of bottle shops that also offer craft keg beers on tap. With the main table being used for a Belgian beer tasting when I visited, there was little else in the way of seating available - just a few stools by the short counter and by one of the front windows plus a rustic bench along the side wall. I went for the Pressure Drop Parachute, that was very much in the 'London murky' style (which thankfully tasted much better than it looked, and so it should at £5.00 for a schooner...).
