A basement bar underneath what used to be The Why Not pub donkeys years ago. Limited opening hours. A bit of a rabbit warren inside as its down a flight of stairs, through a door, down some more steps where you will end up in a smallish room with a tiny stage under the stairwell. Go through here to get to a thin throughway, where there are some sofas to sit on, before you get to the bar. No real ale unless you count the Thwaites Lancaster Bomber which seems to be on keg. The place is adorned with pictures of Hollywood stars with their years of births and deaths written above them. Its easy to miss this place and that's probably for the best.
