Visited previously as the Draft House on 02/07/19 and as BrewDog on 15/12/21.

Pretty much same as previous incarnations beer excepted. It is very much a footy themed (watching rather than participative) bar. Two huge projector screens at the front of the venue were showing the two Euro 5pm KO games on my visit now. There are a few other screens dotted around the place also. The layout is quite unusual with the ground floor area having a mix of small tables and chairs with one set of tables served by a long red leather banquette inside the front window. The bar is up a flight of steps either side of the ground area and there is a ledge with stools along this upper deck offering good viewing of the big screens. Plenty of other tall tables and stools upstairs. The bar is against the back wall on this top level.

Beer wise it is all keg here. Guinness was the only regular swill. Craft beers abounded, I spotted Match Day’s It’s Coming Home Pilsner, Pretty Decent’s Seal of Approval, Full Circle’s Hoop, Signature Brew’s Studio lager, Signature Brew’s Roadie, Crafty Apple’s Apple Cider and Bullhouse’s Frank the Dank IPA. They were struggling a bit with the heat today but did a good job keeping the beers cold.

A good footy watching venue in my opinion, a step up from previous mainstream ownership. Was pretty quiet for the early games tonight - not much interest from England fans, presumably still in a coma from watching last night’s soporific affair.
