According to the Malmaison website - malmaison.com - this hotel is a venue for business meetings and weddings. It also has a restaurant, Chez Mal, and the Chez Mal Bar which serves craft beers and cocktails..so as it is licensed and has a bar & restaurant, it should be shown as open.
