Another tick from the 2017 GBG for several pints on a Friday night.

Busy in the smaller lounge bar where we plotted up for the evening watching the football and rugby on the tv screens, while live music played in the larger bar area.

4 ales available, I opted for pints of William's Birds' & Bees which was more than drinkable.

The pies looked and smelt good but I didn't sample and can only comment on the pubs friendly service and good ale.

Definitely worth a visit.
