A small bar located at the front of North Bar's small brewery, it's an industrial unit on a small industrial estate at the back of North Street so not the most characterful of drinking establishments. It is within the brewery so above the bar back is the malt and cask store and to one side are the four fermenting vessels, to the rear are the liquor tanks, mash tun and copper. There is some functional seating and a counter made of concrete blocks topped with plywood. On the white tiled bar back are 12 keg taps serving North Brewing's beers plus guests, the limited opening hours (Friday night & all day Saturday) mean cask beers are a non-starter. It's not far from the growing range of pubs and bars in this area with the renovated Eagle due to open later this year being next door and the Brunswick, Reliance, and Shuffledog just a short walk away.
