I've seen a few reviews on here recently for the Stockport branch of Project 53, but my visit was to its Knutsford counterpart. Both are owned by the Mobberley Brewhouse.

The interior is quite modern and spread over 2 levels, with a staircase at the far left rear corner. The bar is in front of you, with an emphasis on craft beers. Nevertheless, they did had 3 of their cask ales - 1924, Cheshire Pale & Bunji. Craft beers from Mobberley Brewhouse were Crush, Unchained, Loco Juice, Incognito, Snap Action, Circle Square, Declaration & Project Pale. Guests were Triple Point Solo, Buxton SPA & Dark Revolution Velveteen.

My Bunji was ok, but followed by the 10.5% Circle Square, which I treated as a dessert. Very nice it was too! Pizzas are served from a kitchen upstairs.

Recommended. I'll have to try the Stockport venue when I'm back there.
