This is a lovely unspoilt pub in an equally lovely location. The entrance leads into the main bar area which is long and runs from left to right. To the left is a small rectangular seating area, (see photo,) with the entrance to the toilets. To the right is a larger restaurant area that leads out to the garden seating area. There is seating out the front. The normal pub paraphernalia adorns the walls and it is a nice place to be. There were four real ales available. The service was friendly and cheerful. I would be happy if it was my local, especially if you could travel by boat to it. Pay it a visit.
