A very pleasant former shop on a busy high street. There is a large bar/café area inside, and a cool, comfortable covered terrace at the side. Sadly, there is no real ale or bottled beer available, just a solitary pump dispensing Stella Artois. There is a fair selection of wine, and the fake French food is actually better than most French cafes. It’s OK if you want an overpriced cuppa in agreeable surroundings, and free WiFi is available, but there are a couple of pubs in spitting distance which would be better bets.
