Visited on a Friday lunchtime in January to find the entire indoor seating area of the market very busy. Thankfully the covered outdoor area acted as a suitable backup plan, but the seating here is rather uncomfortable and I wouldn't want to stay in that space for a prolonged period of time.
At the bar, six hand pulls for cask, offering mainly Blackjack beers (as would be expected for one of their ventures) but they also had a Sureshot guest for £2.45 a half, which was very decent indeed.
Lovely drink but frustratingly impossible to get a seat indoors, with the outdoor area feeling a bit isolated.

Located in the Market - beer quality was top notch. Choice of dining outlets, all orderable by app. Same experience as Mackie Mayor in the Northern Quarter.

this is not a pub but a stall in Altrincham’s very busy gentrified market, ran by Blackjack brewery and serving 5 of their beers plus a guest. My Salvation IPA came out like murk but tasted fine. The place was absolutely rammed at 11am and I went outside to find a table. When I passed an hour later, these tables were full as well. A pint and a pie & mash from the stall opposite set me back £20 so be prepared to spend big. This is Altrincham after all. It’s card only and one of those card readers that asks you to leave a tip, poor show.
