There's something of a London cool vibe inside The Ashburn, with music too trendy for me to identify and a menu focussing on burgers. On my visit, it seemed to be too cool for much of the town, which is a shame, because there's a good feel about the place.

On the bar, you'll find a couple of local ales and a cider. Clarkson lager is amongst the keg taps, along with a couple out of Devon itself.

I wasn't here long, but liked it. I hope it gets more visitors and is able to thrive - the pub having only recently reopened.
