Built in part of the Grand Arcade, so a nice frontage but the inside has been overwhelmed by an abundance of tat in some vague attempt to create a supposedly Irish-themed sports bar. There are a few nice features, including a brass-topped bar counter with a tiled front, but large screens dominate including four over the bar. Three stands of keg taps featured one from Vocation but otherwise the usual mainstream stuff including Camden and Beavertown. Prices as you might expect. Not one for me.

Larger bar over two and a half floors, there’s a small area just inside the door but with a counter and a couple of lager taps. Up a few steps is the main bar, a long counter at the back is dominated by four large screens, there’s another on a side wall. Sports based décor; boxing photos, rugby shirts and a rowing scull in the rafters. Three horseshoes and a few solos dispense a common enough range of ciders, lagers and Guinness plus a couple of IPAs. Pricey at £3 a half for Camden Hells but then it’s central Leeds. Another bar and some toilets are on the first floor.

Up steps to the bar at the back centre with no real ale, just keg. We sat downstairs at the front, but could not get away from the huge TV screens that dominate this place.
