Class 6, Scunthorpe

There was only one other customer during my recent Wednesday evening visit to Class 6, which wasn’t surprising because this place has the feel of a late/weekend bar. The interior has a laminate floor throughout and lots of brick cladding which is found around the bar area and the supporting columns that break up the room. There’s a mix of banquettes and high tables along with a couple of shell booths that are found on the rear wall. Live football is advertised, televisions are found throughout and there is a large screen on the wall next to a DJ booth that is found in the right rear corner. My visit was before any football had kicked off so the screens were off whilst some background music played. A flight of stairs lead up to the first floor where there is more seating and a ‘rooftop garden’, which is actually a balcony that overlooks one of the many car parks in Scunthorpe. I found the service to be friendly, but there was only a standard keg selection available alongside Madri. This place isn’t aimed at the likes of me so I’ll not be returning if I find myself in this area again.
