Cracking little micro which is well described below. Great service with 5 ales on.
Cotswold Best & Hung, Drawn 'N' Portered, Osset Blonde, Shiny Affinity and Thornbridge Twin Peaks. My pint of best was fine.
Decent music being played and when The Mission came on I was in my element.
Well worth a visit and a must do in Warwick.

The Old Post Office was a very welcome respite from Warwick's gridlocked streets. Passing a few cordoned-off tables outside, you enter a small area of seating then a few steps up to the bar with its 5 handpumps and limited keg selection. Beyond is a further room.
It's Friday mid-afternoon and most seats are already taken with conversation all round.
Cotswold Best wasn't entirely to my taste but the happy hour price of £4 was very agreeable.
Its a good place. Recommended.

A really nice micro pub with a feeling of comfort, friendliness and eccentricity immediately apparent on entering. The bar is on the left up a couple of steps with five hand pumps and the casks visible in the space between bar and front door lobby. Further back are a couple of steps up to a very pleasant room, split in two by a semi-screen, and filled with enough bric-a-brac to fill a shop. My half of Phipps IPA was an easy NBSS 3.5, possibly a 4 at a stretch. Not to be missed if you're in Warwick.
