A typical example of a new build in Greene King's Farmhouse Inns carvery chain, located in a business park by the M1. A reasonably smart if boring modern interior is divided up into separate large rooms but almost entirely focussed on dining. It is perhaps slightly more civilised than some of the family dining pubs (although there is a play area) but not really somewhere you would go just for a drink, not least as GK IPA is the only cask ale on offer. It is a reasonably-priced carvery though, and is handy for a dining stop on the motorway.
