Formally the Courtenay Arms pub this is now a cafe. I’m not sure it qualifies for Pubs Galore but it does serve beer so I guess it is worth a review. Sited on a corner, the premises has one long and quite large room set out for dining. The original bar has been retained to the rear of the premises and has two Blade draft beer dispensers sitting on it. They are serving Birra Moretti and Orchard Thieves cider. Bottles of Tribute and Doom Bar are available. Food is obviously the main thing and their breakfasts are very good quality. Dogs are welcome. Staff are friendly and efficient. Not somewhere you would go for the beer but a recommended place for breakfast or lunch.
