The exterior is not very exciting but inside is a large multi-roomed pub with a good traditional feel from the beams, stone walls and wood panelling. The main bar at the front includes pool and darts, with a lounge area behind the bar and a separate restaurant beyond. Large patio garden at rear. A couple of draught ales from St Austell were in fair condition.

This is a friendly local pub. A couple of bars, the front being mainly for drinkers and the back one for food, plus there is a restaurant which can be booked for functions. Good variety of food from bar meals to a la carte plus a carvery on Sunday. They have darts and euchre played here, and live entertainment Fridays and some Saturdays. Disabled access. Garden area.
