Visited 04/08/25. Visited previously as Jack’s Bar on 05/08/21.
No cask. Keg offering of Guinness, MC & Sons Helles lager, Jubel Peach lager, Staro, a premium Japanese lager called Orion, Stone Wood Pacific Ale, Huckerback a NEIPA from Salt, Aspall cider, Polari pale ale.
There is a small, covered area at the front but inside in this arch venue it is bare boarded and generally plenty of dark wood as you would expect for a self-styled Irish singing bar. No vocals other than the piped 80's music on my visit and indeed I was the only punter inside everyone else preferring the outside covered terrace. Regular tables and chairs, stools at a couple of drinking ledges but everything the same dark coloured wood - no fabric or upholstery here. There was a confessional style booth at the end of the bar counter, fully enclosed indeed it had its own bit of rope barrier to enter if you wanted to hire and shut yourself off from the rest of the venue. Whilst I had no recollection of the previous incarnation despite previously ticking it off, I am less likely to forget this incarnation! Saying that it is a rebranded version of the previous incarnation in the same ownership apparently.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Jacks Bar
Modern bar restaurant located under railway arch 96 on the approach to Waterloo East station, with exposed brickwork and limited decor. All tables inside reserved for dining when I visited, but there is a decent-sized patio on the pedestrianised are at the front. No real ale, but a good choice of 'craft' keg beers from the likes of Meantime, Sambrook's (including the Red Ale and Battersea Rye) and Franciscan Well plus a range of continental offerings.
