Steak house and gastro grub with a line of keg taps with some undestiguished craft beers.Drink around the bar or on bar stools but hardly a pub atmosphere.No need to return.

No real ale and table service, which I didn't expect. Meantime keg ales of which I had Cali Pale Ale. Very plush in its layout but not one to return to.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Blue Boar

A 'Smokehouse & Bar' that actually forms part of the Conrad London St James hotel, although this isn't at all obvious, and it has its own entrance. Large, apparently 'J'-shaped room, with a dining areas at one end, but there is also some quieter seating (including several booths) hidden away around the back of the bar. Smart modern furniture and decor throughout. Mostly table service, but there are some bar stools and a fair amount of standing space along the counter. No real ale, but a reasonable selection of Meantime beers on tap (including the regular Meantime London Lager and Yakima Red plus the seasonal Fest Bier on this visit).
