The Barton Inn is a decent sized 30s built pub that served the estate around it.
Once inside the pub had a few different rooms,i had a drink in the bar, which was fairly big and basic.
The pub was a Whitbread tied house at the time of my visit, there were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Whitbread Chesters bitter which was a nice drink, the other beer was Boddingtons bitter.
The pub was fairly quiet on my Saturday dinner visit.
This pub was ok for a quick drink, but im never that struck with 30s built pubs.
The pub is still standing but it is tinned up at the moment.
