One roomed stand alone locals pub that is not to far from the Seacombe Ferry, and has managed to survive despite other pubs in the area either closing down or being demolished.There was no real ale on when I called in on a Tuesday lunchtime,but the couple of regulars and the Landlady were friendly enough.
