There is still no large signage outside to indicate what the pubs name is, though there is a very small, easy to miss plaque above one of the entrances that says "198 Glass House". Inside is a long, thin single roomed pub with a small parlour-like area on the left side of the bar. A jukebox from approximately 1975 is on one side of the room. A pool table is to the right of the bar. No real ale.

The Glass House is situated on Vauxhall Road on a stretch where quite a few stand alone pubs are situated,although half of which are now closed.The pub has recently undergone an external facelift but has no signage of any description to indicate it is an open pub,and do not know if this is by design or work is still in progress.The pub consists of one room with the bar facing you on entry, with to the left of the bar a small area behind an oddly shaped rounded wooded petition.Enjoyed my short stay and even if there was no real ale on there was an amicable Landlord and locals who were quite knowledgable about the Liverpool pub scene.
