Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Beefeater White Hart
This is an old inn, albeit extended and refurbished in the usual corporate Beefeater style so there isn't much character left inside the bar and various dining areas (and unusually for the chain, without a Premier Inn alongside). Sadly, a pair of disused handpumps where Doom Bar used to feature, so made do with a quick Peroni (£2.95, half). Only plus point, the friendly lady behind the bar.

Strongers . left this review about White Hart
The White Hart is a sprawling Beefeater with a bar area to the right of the entrance and dining area to the left and at the rear. Out the back are lots of picnic tables and some nice views over woodland and pastures. There was some low background music playing and a plasma screen in the rear dining area was showing muted daytime television. There is step free access and a disabled toilet.
Standard draught products are available from the bar and the two hand pumps were drawing Spitfire. The usual beefeater fare is found on the menu where the mains are priced between £10 and £15. The food my family and I had was good, but I’m used to paying a little less than £10 for a burger with a few chips.
I found the service to be very friendly and polite and thought that this place was a good stop off for passing hungry families. Most of the tables were full during Monday lunchtime, but unsurprisingly nobody was propping up the bar. I’m not sure that anyone would go here just for a drink, but I suppose the Beefeater chain is not aiming its business at full time drinkers.
I would have no problem revisiting here with the family to dine again as the kids liked it and when they aren’t moaning I’m happy.
