No cask. Just Guinness offered on tap, but at £5 a pint considerably cheaper than the one I purchased in The Guinness Open Gate earlier this afternoon! Plenty of beers by can and bottle in the fridges behind the bar counter.
Not sure if this is going to be a permanent fixture on Carnaby St, feels like it will revert to retail at some point! Glass fronted venue, ceramic tiled flooring with seating via benches, barrel tables served by funky like tall green stools and some booth tables in the front part of the venue along the glass frontage. The bar counter is beyond the front part on the left-hand wall where the venue narrows and there is some tall stool seating at the bar counter with some trestle tables and benches on the wall opposite. There are some similar seating options at the rear of the venue. No screens, 80's soundtrack but the venue (given its likely transitory existence) lacked ambiance even allowing for the enticingly priced Guinness. Would be nice to see the venue, in a spruced-up fashion befitting of its location, being retained as a bar in 2026, but I somewhat doubt it.
