2013 Good Beer Guide entry and real ale enthusiasts run this club and it has been CAMRA club of the year 4 times. 9 handpulls on normally that rise to 26 for their Feb and June beer festivals. CAMRA discount given. Excellent visit Feb and a curry served in 4 heats. Brilliant. 10 minute walk from rail station. 511 bus from Shrewsbury.

Above was after my Feb 13 visit, and it was as great yesterday for their Feb 14 beer festival which is on all this week. 26 ales, and new breweries for me were Big Shed, Chapel, Longden - my beer of the festival - and New Bristol. Curries fantastic at £5.50 with rice and Naan bread. Features in the 2014 Good Beer Guide.
