Members of the Stoke Methodist Church, a collaboration of Trent Vale Church and Wesley Church, purchased the West End pub on London Road for £197,000, and are working on some ambitious plans for the benefit of the neighbourhood.

The West End Inn is a large pub that is on the busy london road and just down from the Wellingon.
The pub is still standing and has all of its signs in place,plus furniture inside,but the pub looks like it has been abandoned.
