Absolutely great when it first opened but recently changed the management team who have no personality whatsoever. I consider myself as a regular and visit at least twice a week and the atmosphere has gone down hill. Team morale is low and this rubs off on the service you get. The other pubs in the area are getting their acts together and having visited the toby carvery just down the road recently i will probably walk that little bit further to be greeted by a warm welcome rather than the frosty one i have encountered over recent weeks. What a shame after the investment that greene king have made. It just proves that its the landlords that make the difference.
