The Swinging Bridge was an absolute pig to get to walking from the Trafford Centre Tram Station. It’s only around the corner, but the rush hour traffic meant that I had to walk about 500 metres past the pub before negotiating many pedestrian crossings to get across the road. The worst part was knowing that I was going to all this effort to visit a Table Table pub next to a Premier Inn. As expected, the interior is sprawling and characterless with a transient crowd consisting mainly of trades having their dinner. The burgers are priced at £12. The bar supports premium keg and Carling. First and last time here.
