There's a definite touch of the corporate at The Babbacombe but, unlike the nearby Buccaneer, its happy to serve food all day. It also serves a couple of Dartmoor ales from 3 handpumps as well as a keg range you've likely seen before somewhere.

Plenty of room inside, and glorious coastal views outside, so this is somewhere I'd have no problem returning to.

Huge barn of a pub - with enviable views over the sea and a large garden out front.

Setup for tourists, with entertainment (a little stage to the right of the bar) and regular quizesses.

Cask was in perfect condition - a lovely Dartmoor Legend - and the food was equally good.

Friendly bar staff.
