The Old Dog was an end of terrace pub that was situated in the haughton green area of Denton.
Once inside the pub had two decent sized rooms and i had a drink in the bar which was a decent room to have a drink in.
The pub was a Whitbread tied house when i went in it and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Whitbread Chesters mild which was a nice drink the other beer was Boddingtons bitter.
This was a decent enough pub to have a few drinks in and it is a shame that it has now closed down.
