Your ‘pub for the Giant’s Causeway’. It’s an old school building and is surprisingly large with three distinct rooms with decent views if you bag the right seat. Powder blue puff yellow and white colours, nice curved varnished wood bar, lots of gas-style lamps and a fairly basic feel. Standard kegs available, I had a Macardle's which was fine. The dire piped music put me off a bit but otherwise it wasn’t bad given the location.

Blackthorn _ left this review about The Nook
Located in a somewhat barren and windswept location adjacent to the car park for the Giant’s Causeway’s visitor centre, this is a decent little pub with a beer garden to the side, although we did not investigate this.
Internally it has something of a nautical feel perhaps which befits it’s location, with pale blue wood panelling on the lower part of the walls, white plasterwork above and polished wooden boards on the floor, as well as a wood panelled, curved bar counter. A small fire was blazing away which was a welcome touch on a cold and blustery day, and a number of black oil style lamps hung from the ceiling. A few black and white photos of the causeway were dotted around the walls. Tables were unusual and somewhat disconcerting, in that the outer few inches sloped down at quite an angle – if your pint wasn’t positioned sufficiently far from the edge, it would have ended up in your lap!
The solitary beer on tap was Macardle’s Traditional Ale whilst the only cider was Magners. Overall, not the most exciting place, but a convenient pit stop for some refreshment after walking along the coast.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Nook At The Causeway
Attractive building on the approach to the fancy new Giants Causeway visitor centre, housing a fairly compact split-level multi-room layout. Also has outdoor seating on the narrow front/side terrace and a few benches on the small grassed area below. No real ale, but keg versions of the local Whitewater Belfast Ale and Belfast Lager are available at £3.80. Less touristy than I was expecting, and not a bad spot for a pint.
