A fairly new build Greene King pub, well situated on the canal bank. Called in on our way back to the hotel on Monday afternoon and sat at a table on their patio. Table service only and hopelessly understaffed. I went in to order our drinks and despite asking where they were after some time, got no joy. Eventually arrived after an 18 minute wait, pathetic. The beer was crap as was the Rose wine. The pub itself is a box with partitions full of families with small kids "enjoying" the plastic food and extremely noisy. The only thing saving it from the score of shame is it's location. Awful.
