A small and very traditional locals' pub, in a back street just off the quay, with an enthusiastic and changing range of beers. Good value food lunchtimes. Possibly one to take the mates to, rather than the wife, but worth a visit.

Small and cosy local in a tiny street at the back of the quay. sells up to 4 real ales,2 usual from a local brewery. get talking to the friendly locals and you will learn about all the pubs in Bideford and the surrounding area.
