Alan Winfield left this review about Three Bridges
The Three Bridges was built around 1985 by Mansfield brewery to replace one of the many demolished pubs in this redeveloped area of the meadows.
Once inside there was a large bar and a very smart and comfortable lounge, this room had comfy bench seating and normal tables and chairs.
The pub was a Mansfield tied house and there were two real ales on the bar with Mansfield Riding bitter being a very nice drink.
After a few years the pub started to gain a rough reputation and it was finally closed down around 2004.
I thought this was quite a nice pub when first opened and it is a shame that it has now closed down leaving this area of the meadows publess.
