Proof is advertised as a bar and kitchen, but it felt more like kitchen when I visited early on a recent midweek evening. The covered decked seating area out front was popular, but I was the only person in the actual bar/restaurant. The bar counter supports eight premium keg products. I went for half a Cruzcampo that was £3.10 and wasn’t the best. I think a good afternoon of line cleaning is in order. The young lady on duty was polite, but I wouldn’t visit here just for a beer again.
