This is a food-oriented cafe with only run of the mill keg beers; I've seen a hand pump on the bar in previous years when passing, but this was my first visit. We were only here for something to eat, and ordered some tapas and a couple of cans from the fridge. My elderflower presse from Belvoir was as cold, fizzy and tasteless as some modern keg beers I have tried. The food filled a gap so that my daughter wouldn't be too hungry on her train back to Scotland. There are plenty of pubs in Keswick, this is not one. (Even though I added it to the site myself!)
