The Cavalier was a grim looking pub that was on a pretty rough estate on the Manchester/Salford border though the pub was actually in Manchester.
Once inside the pub had a couple of rooms and i had a drink in the bar which was very basic,the lounge looked a bit smarter.
The pub had a bit of a rough edge to it like most pubs were in this area.
There were two real ales on here and i had a drink of Chesters bitter and this was a decent drink the other beer was Boddingtons bitter.
Sadly this pub has been pulled down along with the estate it was on and there is now new housing and street names where this pub used to stand.
