Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Jinty McGuinty's

That was my review from 2012: "Narrow, rectangular Irish pub which looks like its been there for ages, but actually only dates as licenced premises from 1993. Small bar at one end. Some nice booths along one side. Traditional dark wood furniture and decor. Live music advertised six days per week. Covered terrace to one side, and quite a large beer garden to rear. No real ale, but the keg Tennent's Ember 80/- was OK." Nothing's changed!

As mock Irish bars go I quite liked this one. It helps that it’s based on the lively cobbled Ashton Lane, but the dark wood interior and nice booth seating gives it a bit of character. Usual standard keg option only but there was Dublin Porter on tap and this made a very pleasant change to standard Guinness.
