A roadside pub that has been extended multiple times. Has obviously been opened through at some point but at least a half-decent job has been done and some vague sense of the previous areas remain. Seems to have done a fair job of capturing the classic pub grub market without being a 90% dining pub and a few folks were just drinking. If you bag a front window seat you get an impressive view over the valley. Three ales available - GK IPA, Abbot and Pedigree (the latter of which was fine). Decent rear beer garden. I expected worse here, so fair enough.

After checking out the local pubs this one isnt one of the best to go to. Its a very clean well presented pub with a great gardern area, good bar staff, a good pint but unfortunately i found this pub very cliky if your face didnt fit you were at all welcome. People had there seats and you were fround upon for sitting there. All in all had potential but just not a comfortable place to be

This is a nice pub with a very homely atmosphere. They have numerous theme nights, ranging from disco to karaoke.
The beer is always good, along with all the other beverages they sell. The only niggle is that they are a little pricier as compared to other public houses, especially in the area.
They have a good beer garden, and outdoor area which is a bonus in the summer.
I highly recommend this public house.
