Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Milestone
Modern Marston's pub / restaurant with a curious choice of name, given that the new buildings are attached to a rather striking (if fake, and scaled down) windmill... However, apart from that landmark, there is little else note, with the usual mix of various seating / dining areas, a beer garden and some children's play equipment. The real ale choice from the duplicated selection from the two banks of four handpumps turned out to be Pedigree, Hobgoblin and the seasonal Banks's Hopfest (£3.40).
