Probably the best drinking option in the immediate area, being rather more pleasant than the neighbouring pubs, Mackie's is a small, cosy lounge with a mixed male/female clientele and music at a reasonable level. McEwan's 70 and 80 Shilling, John Smith's, Guinness and Tennent's lager are available on draught.
